The food was well presented with a good selection of options; the room included a minibar, iron, and electronic key card, which was great.

It took only 15 minutes to walk to Zones y & Z bus stop. The hotel staff was lovely and awesome, they all greeted us. The rooms were clean and included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels etc...

We had an awesome time here, all thanks to the super friendly staff. the vibe was so chill, which we really enjoyed. the neighborhood was great too, and we loved that it was close to a bunch of restaurants. 🌟.

Wake-up service, available in my suite, was a nice bonus. Tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were very handy.

Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

Conveniently, the airport is just 25 km away from here. all the staff are really friendly and kind! 😊.

I always stay at this hotel spa. They printed my documents when I needed help. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, fitness centre. Air conditioning, non-smoking rooms. Coming back for weekend.

The hotel is located in a great neighbourhood, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile. the breakfast options are delicious, with something for everyone. the hotel's gym is well, equipped and boasts state, of, the, art facilities.

There were occasional issues with the swimming pool not being cleaned regularly, which could be improved.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was included and the gym was great for a quick workout before heading out for the day. the hotel's location was also conveniently close to a few restaurants and shops.

the pool was dirty and not properly maintained.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa was a standout feature. I enjoyed the Princess package, which had an affordable price and was a very relaxing experience. The restaurant offers nice presentations of dishes and has a good variety of foods, which is handy for business travelers.

The surrounding area did not feel safe and comfortable. I felt uneasy leaving the hotel after dark to walk to nearby restaurants or shops.
